HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS HOME?

Don't worry, our items will be left in your mailbox if they are small enough. Otherwise, your package will be left at your post office where you can pick it up.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don't worry, if your order hasn't been shipped yet, contact us immediately, and we'll be happy to update your information. Otherwise, in accordance with our terms and conditions of sale, once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, no further modifications can be made.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?

This site is 100% secure. In fact, we could even say it's 300% secure. Here's why: First of all, the site you're visiting is on a server in HTTPS (the little green padlock icon located on the left side of this page's URL is there to remind you). Most websites only secure their "checkout" and anything related to payment processing. On this site, ALL PAGES are secure and cannot be hacked or targeted by malicious software. Finally, concerning payment, we use Stripe and Paypal, which are the gold standards in terms of online transaction security.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Currently, you can pay by Credit Card or via Paypal on our site. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers, or payment upon receipt.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT?

We offer a 100% "satisfaction guaranteed" policy! If, for any reason, the product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days after receiving it, and we will fully refund the item's price as soon as it arrives back with us. However, all returned products must be in perfect condition, and the return shipping costs must be covered by you. Proof of postage should then be sent to us via email as evidence of delivery.
